02. ITO Pattern Inspection Machine

This machine is to inspect ITO pattern of Touch Screen Panel. It can check the defects of ITO pattern with images using PDLC. It is possible to have total inspection with linescan Camera.

This machine is to repair for defects of ITO pattern with laser. It can improve the production yield after repair of defects parts by the repair machine.

04. Deflrctmetry
