Equipment for manufacturing fine metal masks (FMMs) for depositing organic luminescent R, G, B on FT substrate. This is the core process equipment of AMOLED display screen, and the equipment enables increasing the precision of FMM through ultra-precise positioning control and automatic algorithm based on many years of manufacturing experience.

02. PPA Measuring Tool

Equipment for measuring the finished OLED FMM. It is a tool that requires precision vision specifications.

03. Incoming Quality Control

Incoming Quality Control (IQC) is a device for inspection of FMM sticks before welding. TP, CD, foreign matter or over-etching/under-etching status of FMM are checked to determine pass/fail and the quality grade of FMM.

04. Automatic Optical Inspection

Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) is equipment for inspecting foreign matter on the mask through precision optics, image processing algorithms, and data processing capabilities and removes the matter using plasma.

05. Mask Trimming Machine

Equipment using a laser to cut the remaining part after manufacturing in the OLED Mask tensioning equipment. The cut surface is clean and the particle scattering prevention structure is applied. It allows automation of work that was performed manually. The machine is essential for processing of large size of 6GH or over.

06. Mask Repair Machine

In the line configuration with stocker docking, the equipment loads the mask that needs repair and removes the FMM sheet and polishes the frame. Stage 80 also has tilting and ultrasonic polishing functions.

07. MGV

Equipment (mobile cart) that loads/unloads OLED FMMs. Enables precise transfer of FMMs so that the masks are not damaged.
